This piece uses the dollhouse that my dad made for me when I was five years old and integrates it into the larger series, as sculpted plants take over the abandoned structure. I created it for my solo exhibition, Heather Beardsley: Strange Plants, at the Chrysler Museum of Art in 2023. It will be on display there until October 2023.
